# 通知が届かない
ユーザーがWebプッシュ通知にオプトインしているにもかかわらず通知を受け取れない場合、いくつかの原因が考えられます。次の4つの手順を試してください。
### 1) ブラウザ設定を確認する
通知を受け取れない理由としてよくあるのは、ブラウザ設定が変更され、通知の受信を許可していない状態になっていることです。ご利用のブラウザに応じて設定を開き、通知が「許可」になっていることを確認してください。

### 2) 機器の設定を確認する
#### Mac をご利用の方:
* Mac デバイスで、\[システム環境設定] > \[通知] に移動します。
* \[通知] タブで、登録しているウェブブラウザが表示されるまで一覧を下にスクロールします。
* そのブラウザで、「通知を許可」トグルが有効になっており、バナースタイルが選択されていることを確認してください。 \
*\*注: Google Chrome を使用している場合、下記のように Google Chrome が 2 つ表示されることがあります。両方で「通知を許可」が有効になっていることを確認してください。*
(通知設定ページは下記の画像のいずれかのように表示されます。お使いの macOS のバージョンによって異なります。)
#### PC をご利用の方:
* PC デバイスで、\[スタート]/Windows メニューを開き、「通知」を検索します。
* その通知ページで、Google Chrome、または使用しているブラウザが有効として表示されていることを確認してください。
### 3) 設定がサイレント/ミュートになっていないことを確認する
**Mac をご利用の場合**、Focus 設定で「おやすみモード」がオンになっていないことを確認してください。
### 4) Push ユーザー ID をアカウントマネージャーに送る
上記の手順で解決しない場合、最後の手順として Push ユーザー ID を取得し、アカウントマネージャーにメールで送信してください。これを行うには、 [このページにある手順に従ってください](https://documentation.pushly.com/faq/retrieve-push-user-id).
